Bellevue Music Lessons is the brand new music school addition to the city of Bellevue, NE. Great! ...but why should you choose us, when there are other places that also teach? Great Question.
The answer is very simple... as the owners, Music Lessons is ALL we do day-in and day-out. We own 2 other music schools located in Omaha and Gretna with a combined student count of almost 600 students! We know how to teach and we know how to give a great experience!
We have made it our life's purpose to offer music lessons to local communities at an affordable price, while maintaining a fun and welcoming environment. We go ALL out on our music decorations to help inspire kids and aspiring musicians feel like they just entered the coolest place on earth. We also have Pinball Machines and Arcade Games for kids to play while they wait for their lessons.
We have lessons for kids, teens, and even adults that want to make music a part of their life. We are so proud of all our schools and teams... we want to share it with the Bellevue Community!

ILLiana Hammers is a versatile musician, teaching piano, voice, violin, ukulele, & guitar.
ILLiana is attending the University of Nebraska of Omaha (UNO) to finalize her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education. She studies violin under Dr. Mary Perkinson and Dr. Oolga Smola and Music Education under Dr. Shelly Cooper. Violin lessons includ
ILLiana Hammers is a versatile musician, teaching piano, voice, violin, ukulele, & guitar.
ILLiana is attending the University of Nebraska of Omaha (UNO) to finalize her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education. She studies violin under Dr. Mary Perkinson and Dr. Oolga Smola and Music Education under Dr. Shelly Cooper. Violin lessons include posture, bow techniques, ear training, musicianship, injury prevention stretches, music history, music theory, note reading, fiddling, and tuning.
For piano, she studied under Ms. Henry in Braymer, MO, and continues her studies in college throughout her degree. Techniques and elements include but are not limited to posture, music theory, musicianship, reading notes, music history, songwriting/expression techniques, and technique exercises.
ILLiana has sung in various vocal ensembles such as show choir, jazz ensembles, acapella ensembles, and classical ensembles as well as sung in various solo performances such as opera, modern music, jazz, and classical. She teaches voice techniques and elements including breathing , embouchure, posture, ear training, blending, ensemble techniques, solfege, songwriting techniques, expression, timbre, sight-reading, music history, vocal placement, music theory, and rhythm exercises.
All lessons are customized to the student's needs and wants.

Arianna teaches all levels of violin no matter the age. She studied violin under two different private instructors; Mrs. Tyler and Miss Heather from Miss Heather’s Violin Studio in Lincoln, NE and continues her studies. Violin lessons include posture, bowing techniques, ear training, musicianship, reading music/sheet music, music theory, tuning, and different playing styles.
Arianna specializes in teaching beginner and intermediate piano for any age and is attending UNO to finalize her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business.
She studied under Mrs. McPherson in Lincoln, NE and continues her studies throughout college. Piano lessons include posture, musicianship, reading music/sheet music, music theory, techniques, All lessons are customized to ensure that it matches the students needs and personality. She helps to ensure that the students learn the fun of music, and makes sure they gain a solid musical foundation.

Geli, a Bellevue native, attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated with her Bachelor of Music in Education degree. As a part of her studies, she studied clarinet unde
Angelica "Geli" Gonzalez specializes in instrumental music and teaches guitar, piano, orchestra, and traditional band instruments at Bellevue Music Lessons. Geli, a Bellevue native, attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated with her Bachelor of Music in Education degree. As a part of her studies, she studied clarinet under Dr. Diane Barger and other graduate students in the UNL clarinet studio. During her time at UNL she marched with the Cornhusker Marching Band on clarinet and learned mellophone to play in the Big Red Express pep band. She also has experience in jazz band, musical pit band, traditional choir, and acapella.
She currently teaches 6th grade band in Bellevue Public Schools, has been working as an instructional staff member with the Bellevue East Marching Band since 2018, and also directs the Bellevue East Winter Winds marching ensemble.
Geli believes in the value of music education for all students, from child to adult, and that music is a lifelong journey. She wishes to instill a love for music while also developing effective practice habits, independence, and being lifelong learners. Mistakes are always "happy accidents" and celebrated as an imperative step in the learning process. She approaches instruction with patience and detailed feedback for learners to use in their continuous improvement, as well as trying to reach students' personal musical goals. Geli likes to emphasize proper technique, posture, common musical vocabulary, note/rhythmic accuracy, reading sheet music, and teaching basic music theory.
